THERE are just seven days to go until Bridgwater trampoline star Laura Gallagher fulfills her dream by representing Great Britain in the Olympics in Tokyo.
Laura, 32, will be taking centre stage at the Ariake Gymnastics Centre on July 30.
The preliminary round, featuring 16 competitors, starts at 6am UK time.
If Laura finishes in the top eight she will then go through to the finals being held immediately afterwards, around 6.50am.
As the action gets under way there are plenty of other Somerset competitors to cheer on.
Hockey star Maddie Hinch, who went to King’s College, Taunton, will again be goal for the Great Britain hockey team as they try to repeat their gold medal heroics at Rio in 2016.
