THE Co-op is recalling Irresistible Ginger and Dark Chocolate Cookies because they may contain pieces of plastic.
The recall is for 200g packs with best before dates of June 2, 2021 and June 3, 2021.
A spokesperson for the Co-op said: “If you have bought the above product, do not eat it. Instead, return it to your nearest store for a full refund.
“If you are shielding or otherwise unable to return the product to store, please contact the customer careline on 0800 0686727 or email customer.careline@coop.co.uk.”
