THE vast majority of Sedgemoor residents aged 55 and over have received their first dose of the coronavirus vaccine.
The latest figures released by NHS England for vaccinations show 86.8% of people in that age bracket have had their jab.
And it’s a similar story across the rest of Somerset with figures of 90% in Mendip, 88.5% in South Somerset and 87.3% in Somerset West and Taunton.
