The Men’s March is a 10-mile charity walk to support the work of Weston Hospicecare and it takes place on Saturday 14th March.
Online registrations closed on Sunday 8th March but supporters can sign up on the day by arriving at the Regency Suite on the Grand Pier from 11am ready for a 12pm start.
Registering on the day costs £20 for adults and £15 for children. A price which will include a free drink, pie and a chance to watch the climax of the Six Nations after the 10-mile walk.
It took place for the first time in March 2019 and this year’s course will closely-mirror the original route by following the coastal path between the Grand Pier and Sand Point.
Events Manager Grace Dibden said:
“We’re so excited for the Men’s March this weekend, we’ve already had more people sign up this year than we had participate last year which is a testament to our amazing supporters.
“Come and have a fun day out with your friends and family or walk in memory of someone close. All participants will receive a free pint of Thatcher’s Cider, a tasty Pieminister pie and the final weekend of the Six Nations will be on the big screen after the walk.
“Because of our amazing fundraisers who have already signed up, Men’s March 2020 has already had a huge impact on supporting the work of the hospice, providing expert and compassionate care to those with life-limiting conditions in North Somerset and Sedgemoor.
“We cannot wait to see everyone on the day!”
